• should any of our supplies be temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute any item or product with other suitable quality products. 

• all rates and quotations are inclusive of GST

• rates and charges are subject to change without prior notice – this would only ever be the case where a supplier has a price increase therefore it being out of our control

• a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.  this amount is then credited to the final invoice

• full payment and confirmation of final numbers must be made no later than 5 business days prior to the booked party.   payments will not be accepted on the day unless previously authorised

• BBB payment methods include cash, cheque and direct deposit.

  8-14 + days prior to confirmed party date, $35 administration fee, any other monies being held will be refunded
  0-7 days prior to confirmed party date, 50% deposit will be forefeited

• please note that if attendee numbers are added to your party within 4 days prior to booked party date, please be aware that some products may not be available at short notice, therefore BBB reserve the right to substitute similar and appropriate colour/style products

• quotations on party packages are valid for one month from date of quotation.  BBB reserve the right to change costs at anytime prior to a deposit being received and booking confirmation form sent.
